Obsidian has signed a sponsorship agreement for 2017 with the Information Technology Service Management Forum (itSMF).
itSMF is a large global knowledge community established in 1991 and present in 50 countries, for the sharing of best practices on government and IT management services.
In Obsidian’s commitment to promoting the dissemination of service management in its different forms (ITIL, ISO 20000, IT4IT, etc.), this sponsorship agreement will allow the diffusion of Obsidian’s vision, “Business Service Intelligence”, for integration into real-time dashboards and reports of information gathered from service desk tools, monitoring platforms, and business appliances, in order to achieve a global view of IT services.
