On Thursday 23 March, Obsidian took part in the free online course on IT management organized by itSMF Spain, with a presentation on Indicators: Automation of service level calculation, anticipation and reaction capabilities. The free online course on IT management tools created by itSMF Spain, which is aimed at both executives and professionals, took place from March 8-29, consisting of six 45 minute webinars. The course agenda was as follows:
