PwC obtains ISO 20000 certification with Obsidian

PwC, ISO 20000 certified with Obsidian

The consultancy company PwC Spain has succeeded in achieving ISO 20000 certification for its IT services, following an external auditing process carried out by the UK based BSI Group.
PwC monitors its IT service performance using Obsidian, a platform that the BSI auditor team emphasized in their audit report as one of the essential elements in the automation of PwC’s service provision reports and dashboards.

In the presentation ISO 20000 SLA Automation at PwC with Obsidian, Raquel Fernández, from Obsidian, and Oscar Novillo, from PwC, explain how the ISO 20000 service management system has been implanted in PwC, and how the firm has used Obsidian to automatically calculate SLA compliance levels. They also show the metrics and indicators used in PWC, as well as sample dashboards and reports generated with Obsidian.
