In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Spanish ORGANIC LAW 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, hereinafter, LOPD), we inform you that personal data provided through registration forms will be added to our personal data files, which are owned and controlled by Servicio de Consultoría de Procesos Ozona, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “OZONA”). Pursuant to Act 15, and following provisions of LOPD and its Regulation of development approved by the Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21 (RLOPD), you may exercise, at any time, your rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with regards to the personal data held on file, by sending an email to management at [email protected], or in writing to calle Méndez Álvaro, 20 · 18045 · Madrid.

OZONA informs you that it holds ISO Certification 27001 for Information Security Management Systems. In accordance with this certification, OZONA guarantees the confidential handling of any personal data received, and that it may only be used for the specified and lawful purposes. Likewise, OZONA hereby informs that is has implemented the security measures of a technical and organizational nature necessary to ensure the security of its personal data and prevent its unauthorized alteration, loss, processing and/or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which it is exposed, whether through human action or physical or natural influences.
Registering for this event implies you recognize that you may appear in pictures or videos taken of the event by different photographic media, and consent to these being used in mass media, or for promotional purposes of a non-commercial or profit making nature (such as flyers, brochures, leaflets, posters, magazines, videos, our website, other publications, or other mass media channels).
