Automated SLA control
At the Vision17 event of itSMF Spain, of which Obsidian was a gold sponsor, Diego Berea presented a case study on automation in the control of a supplier’s SLAs. To do this, ITIL/ISO 20000 metrics and indicators are used to build a real-time model of service monitoring based on Obsidian. This way, Obsidian simplifies even more the tasks of data analysis and compliance level control.
