On Wednesday March 22, 2017 in Madrid, Sopra Steria is organizing an event on “Monitoring of managed services that give value to the business” with Obsidian.
The event is aimed at professionals with concerns about improving their processes, methodologies and tools to measure and ensure the quality of services and will receive contributions from managers of large companies.
Sopra Steria Spain and Obsidian have signed a collaboration agreement to offer the managed services of Sopra Steria infrastructures using Obsidian’s services state monitoring tool, providing a differential value to the business.
